The hotel was a welcome base for enjoying a secure area, close enough to the mall, other popular shopping stores and restaurants, and restaurants and pubs. I liked the room, it was well-appointed and tastefully decorated and included with sofa bed and a balcony, for instance. Very friendly staff and the location was convenient.

The bathroom was dark.

The location is marvellous and incredible, 2 miles from a forested park. The stuff is RESPECTFUL, efficient.

The king room was nicely decorated with a whirlpool and a balcony. There was a bathtub, a plus for me. The folks working here were helpful and attentive. I found the hotel's location great and fantastic, close to Nashville on three different occasions and Franklin.

It was an exceptionally comfortable hotel in a really quiet area, short walk to Bistro, restaurants and shopping, and the market place. The room was good-sized and well-appointed, included with sofa bed and a balcony, as example.

The rooms with sofa bed. Paid US$ 144. Early check in and friendly service. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too. Nice building, nice location adjacent to the mall, and store. Also, in an office park with a walking trail that you can use to walk to nearby restaurants. Great choice for trip.

Beds were way too hard.

This hotel is wonderful with everything being nice and great value. The location is great, 19 miles from the airport.

The king room was tastefully decorated with a balcony to watch the sunrise. Location: the hotel was so close to the mall, other popular shopping stores and restaurants and the Cool Springs Galleria. We visited L&l Hawaiian Grill, based so close to the venue.

The staff we met were kind of rude.

Overall had very nice stay for two nights. The room was beautifully decorated with sofa bed, and I loved it. There were a microwave oven, coffee/tea makers, and a fridge too. The location was marvellous and incredible, adjacent to restaurants and pubs and the mall, other popular shopping stores and restaurants and Nashville on three different occasions.

Despite the negatives, the location of the hotel was convenient. It was in close proximity to many restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Another positive aspect was the cleanliness of the room. It was well-maintained and tidy, which I appreciated. However, overall, my experience at this hotel was underwhelming and I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

The walls were paper thin, and I could hear every conversation and movement from the neighboring rooms. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Great for the business traveller. During a tornado warning, I felt safe due to my perception of the building.

On the first morning of my stay, the water was merely tepid and resulted in an uncomfortable shower. The second morning the water was sufficiently hot.

The front desk staff was friendly and professional, welcoming us with a smile. The rooms were spacious and mostly clean. Check-in was efficient and the bed was comfortable. a pleasant stay.

It would be helpful if rooms had a mirror somewhere other than just the bathroom.
